Chicken tikka is a combination of bits, pieces and chunks. Chicken pieces are marinated with different spices and then cooked or baked. It can be served to 4 persons. This is the simplest recipe and easy to cook. It is liked all over the world. You can serve it with fries and onion rings of your choice.

 

Ingredients Required

  • 1 whole Chicken (in 4 pieces)
  • 5 lemons
  • Half bowl yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli
  • 1 packet National Tikka Masala
  • Olive oil as required

Chicken tikka peices

Take chicken pieces in bowl and make cuts on it with a knife. Add 6 to 7 tablespoon lemon juice and red chilli powder in it. Add yogurt, ginger and garlic paste in it. Mix it well. Now add the National Tikka masala in it. Mix it with hands. Let it marinate for 3 to 4 hours.

After that, add the chicken pieces in a non stick cookware. Add 2 to 3 glass of water in it. Let it boil on a high flame. When it is properly cooked, remove it from the flame. Take one coal and heat it on a high flame. Put that coal in the chicken piece cookware. Add 3 tablespoon olive oil in it. Let that coal in cookware for 10 minutes. Remove the coal.

Voila Chicken Tikka piece is ready. Serve it with black pepper fries and onion rings. You can also serve it with Green Chutney.
