Mouth Watering White Sauce Chicken Cheese Pasta Recipe

Pasta is basically an Italian dish consists of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. It is extruded into different shapes. Pasta is made up of durum wheat and flour. Ingredients for Thick White Sauce

  • 160 grams or 1 whole big slice of Butter
  • 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil (first virgin)
  • 6 tablespoons of white flour
  • 3 tablespoon of crushed black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Chinese salt
  • 3 to 4 glasses of milk
  • 150 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams cheddar cheese

Preparation of White Sauce

Take a sauce pan. Put it on a low flame. Add oil in it. Now add whole butter slice and wait for the butter to melt. Add white flour in a pan and start mixing it continuously. Add glasses of milk in a pan and mix it well. Add the remaining ingredients in it i.e. Chinese salt, black pepper, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Let the sauce boil and thick. Now remove the cheesy white sauce from the flame. Voila white sauce is ready.

Ingredients for Pasta

  • One 450 grams of Penny pasta
  • 8 glasses of water

Preparation for boiling Pasta

Put penny pasta in full boiled water. Boil it for 15 minutes. Check the penny pasta corners and remove it from the flame when it’s completely boiled. Drain the pasta and put it in a nonstick pan.

Ingredients for Chicken Stuff

  • Olive oil as required
  • Half kg chicken breast
  • One small onion
  • One tablespoon garlic paste
  • One tablespoon ginger paste
  • 3 large carrots
  • 3 full-sized capsicums
  • 1 cabbage
  • 6 to 7 green chilies
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons mustard paste
  • 3 tablespoons black pepper
  • Salt as per required
  • Half tablespoon chicken powder
  • Half tablespoon whole red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon Chinese salt
  • 100 grams black olives
  • 100 grams green olives
  • 50 grams corns

Preparation of Chicken Stuff

Take a nonstick pan. Put it on a medium flame and add olive oil in it. Add ginger and garlic paste in a pan and mix it well. Stir fry the ginger and garlic paste. Now add the chopped onions. Stir fry the onions. Mix it well. Take half chicken breast and cut it in long cubes shape. Fry it for 10 to 12 minutes. Now cut the vegetables in cubes or long slices i.e. carrots, capsicums and cabbage. Add the sliced vegetables in chicken stuff. Add the remaining ingredients one by one i.e. Chinese salt, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, whole red chili powder, long green chilies, chicken powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, vinegar. Mix the chicken stuff well. Chicken Stuff is ready. Remove it from the flame.

Take a deep non stick pan. Add two to three tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Now add boiled penny pasta in the pan. Add white cheesy sauce and chicken stuff in it. Mix it well. Add black olives, green olives and corns in it. Mix all the ingredients. Remove it from the flame.
